Grady E. Holley

Born in Springfield, Missouri, Grady received both his undergraduate and law degree from the University of Illinois, Champaign-Urbana (B.S. 1967, J.D. 1970). Grady is admitted to practice before U. S. Supreme Court; U.S. Court of Appeals, Seventh Circuit; and U.S. District Court for the Northern and Central Districts of Illinois. Grady is a member of the Sangamon County Bar Association, the Illinois State Bar Association, the Illinois Trial Lawyers Association, the Association of Trial Lawyers of America and he is a Fellow with the Illinois Bar Foundation. Grady was Chairman of the Springfield Housing Authority from 1991 - 1995 and a member of the Springfield Election Commission from 1996 - 1997. Grady's practice includes civil jury trials, personal injury, plaintiff's workers' compensation, plaintiff's medical malpractice, insurance defense, and mediation/arbitration.

Born in Chicago, Illinois, Steve received his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Illinois Champaign-Urbana in 1987 and his law degree in 1990 from Washington University School of Law in St. Louis, Missouri. While in law school, Steve received the American Jurisprudence Award for his study of the Uniform Commercial Code Article 2, Sales. After graduating from law school, Steve began working in Springfield, Illinois at Holley Law Office. Thereafter, Steve and Grady Holley formed Holley and Rosen. Steve practices in many areas of law including personal injury, workers' compensation, medical malpractice, Illinois driver's license reinstatement and social security disability claims. Steve has developed a very diverse clientele. He has successfully represented injured people suffering from a variety of serious injuries, including death. Steve is a member of the Sangamon County Bar Association, Illinois State Bar Association and the American Trial Lawyers Association.

Born in Springfield, Illinois, February 19, 1969. Peter received his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Bradley University in Peoria, Illinois in 1992 and his law degree in 1997 from Southern Illinois University in Carbondale, Illinois. He returned to Springfield after law school working as an Assistant States Attorney in the Sangamon County States Attorney's Office, and then as an Assistant Attorney General for the Illinois Attorney General. Thereafter Peter joined Holley, Rosen & Beard, as an associate. Peter practices in many areas of law including personal injury, criminal law, employment, DUI/traffic and driver's license reinstatement cases, family law, and general civil litigation. He is licensed in Illinois; also admitted to practice before U.S. District Court, Southern and Central Districts of Illinois. He is a member of the Sangamon County Bar Association, Illinois State Bar Association and American Bar Association.
